Chasady Wudkwych

The individual in the position will provide leadership for the total 4-H program and will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating programs. Duties include developing and maintaining 4-H clubs, special interest programs, and school enrichment programs. Responsibilities will include supervision and recruitment of program staff, training and management of volunteer staff, evaluating and reporting impacts of program efforts. The applicant must be self-directed and possess a strong work ethic with skills in leadership, communication, grant writing, public relations, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
