Navigating the Calendar

  • Change Dates: Use the arrows at the top left to move forward or backward in time.
  • Today Button: Click "Today" to quickly jump back to the current date.

Viewing Event Details

To see more information about a specific event (like the location, description, or registration link):

  • Click the Event: Simply click on the title of the event within the calendar.
  • The Pop-up: A small window will appear showing the full details provided by the owner.
  • Details Missing? If you only see "Busy" or no details, the event details may not be ready for the event but the date and time are set!

Viewing on Mobile

Embedded calendars can sometimes look "squashed" on a phone screen.

  • Switch to Schedule or Agenda View: If the "Month" view is too small to read, look for the Schedule tab. It displays events in a vertical list that is much easier to scroll through on a mobile device
