Find a ClubThe AIRE Program: Master the four pillars of a career search: Application, Interview, Resume, and Essay. Teens who complete this process can earn sponsored trips to national 4-H events. Public Speaking & Presentations: Gain the confidence to speak in front of any crowd. Compete at the county, district, and state levels to win awards and scholarships.
