Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?Tickets for our programs and events are non-refundable.
Why are tickets non-refundable?
When you enroll a child, we immediately begin allocating resources for their participation. Your fee covers committed costs such as staffing, insurance, food, and program supplies.
What happens if 4-H cancels the program?
If the Pitt County 4-H office cancels a program for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.
What if I have an emergency and need to cancel?
We may consider exceptions for special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Brigitte Perry at (252) 902-1709 or brperry@ncsu.edu to discuss your situation.
Can parents attend 4-H Events and Workshops?
Unless otherwise noted, to ensure a safe and enriching experience for all, parents are asked not to stay at 4-H workshops or day camps hosted by the Pitt County 4-H Office. This policy promotes children's independence, allows staff to provide consistent supervision, and creates an equal playing field for everyone to build friendships and confidence.
