The Pitt County 4-H Council is a group of youth leaders from across the county who work together to represent 4-H members, plan activities, and help guide countywide programs. Council members serve as advocates for 4-H and share ideas from their communities while building leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

The Pitt 4-H Council consists of:

Community and Club Members

We encourage every 4-H club to select 2–3 council representatives to attend all council meetings and events. Members-at-large, anyone in the 4-H community not attached to a specific club, are also warmly invited to participate!

Club Officers

We strongly encourage local club officers to attend council meetings to stay informed about countywide events and ensure active participation from your club.

Council Officers

We have 5 council officer positions that we elect yearly. Youth 13 and up who have been in 4-H for 2 years are eligible to apply for County Officer positions.
